DESCRIPTION:Join Disability Rights Arizona (DRAZ) the Arizona Disability Voter Coalition (AzDVC) as we meet and prepare for Disability Voting Rights Week\, September 8th -12th\, National Voter Registration Day\, September 16th and the 2026 General Election. \nThe training is virtual via Zoom:\nSeptember 3\, 1pm to 3 pm\nASL and CART provided \nThis training will cover issues such as: \n\nIncreasing Voter Registration\nVoter Participation\nVoter Education\nWorking with Election Officials\nProtecting Voting Rights\n\nAzDVC is a collaboration of more than 10 disability related organizations and stakeholders working together in a statewide effort to improve access to the electoral for Arizonans with disabilities. DESCRIPTION:The Arizona Disability Advocacy Coalition (AZDAC) and the Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council (AZSILC) are hosting a Virtual Community Town Hall to discuss how the federal government shutdown is affecting people who have disabilities and those living on fixed incomes across Arizona. \nThe town hall will take place on Friday\, November 7\, 2025\, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (Arizona time).
