However, submitting the Intake Worksheet and requesting assistance does not establish an attorney/client relationship. You are responsible for all deadlines for your legal issue(s) unless and until DRAZ enters into a written agreement to represent you.
While we do not have the resources to provide individual legal representation to every caller, we are truly committed to providing accurate disability-related legal information to individuals who need our services and assistance. Our goal is to educate people with disabilities and their family members on how to enforce their legal rights through self-advocacy.
