DRAZ is the federally mandated protection and advocacy system for Arizona, which receives part of its funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Administration for Community Living, U.S. Department of Education – Rehabilitation Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Mental Health Services, Social Security Administration, and the State of Arizona. We developed this website at U.S. taxpayer expense.
