Kim Dorshaw joined Disability Rights Arizona in March 2023 as a COMIT Monitor, promoted to Program Coordinator in April 2023. She has over 16 years of experience working with the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) population in various roles for DDD contracted service providers. Her experience includes direct residential care, day programming, employment training, foster care licensing and community programs. To her position at DRAZ, Kim brings a deep commitment to improving services and supports for the IDD community. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University and a master’s degree in sport and health science (psychology focus) from University of Exeter, United Kingdom. When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her friends and 3 rescue dogs.
