This event is brought to you by the PAIMI Advisory Council in partnership with Disability Rights Arizona. What is the PAIMI Advisory Council? A group of community members (including peers, family members, providers, and at-large community representatives) who oversee the PAIMI program. PAIMI stands for Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness. The purpose of the PAIMI program is to:

  • protect and advocate for the rights of individuals with mental illness, 
  • investigate incidents of abuse and neglect,
  • and provide protection and advocacy services.
