J.J. has worked for Disability Rights Arizona since 2001. Prior to becoming its CEO, J.J worked as DRAZ’s Litigation Director and as a staff attorney. His legal work focused on the employment and access provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. J.J. represented may people with disabilities before both State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Arizona Attorney General’s Civil Rights Division. J.J. is a two-time graduate of The University of Arizona.
