Kathy Kelley joined DRAZ as the Finance Manager in January 2025. She has previously worked private, public and other non-profit organizations as a hands-on working manager with full-cycle accounting and administrative responsibilities. Kathy holds a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from ASU Lodestar and has applied her time, experience and knowledge in a range of agencies such as a peer-based behavioral services, a preschool for children with disabilities, housing and education for homeless youth, CPA firms, an Area Agency on Aging, and our local zoo. When not working, she enjoys pitching a tent up on the Mogollon Rim. In the wild, or in her dragon-lair at home, she’s reading or playing Canasta Caliente!
