Leah Hunter joined Disability Rights Arizona in January 2024 as a COMIT Monitor. She will assist in monitoring group homes to ensure members with complex needs are receiving the care and services they need and deserve. She has been in the field of Developmental Disabilities for 8 years. During that time, she held various positions throughout the companies and learned a great deal from each of them. Leah hails from in Michigan and attended Grand Valley State University where she graduated with BAs in political science and legal studies and a minor in French. In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with her daughters.
